1. Service Description

4Word (Forward) operates the website at 4word.com.br and the product Motoko at motoko.4word.com.br. Motoko is an AI-powered LinkedIn growth assistant providing profile audits, content calendars, post generation, carousel creation, banner design, and analytics.

By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Generate or distribute content that is discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or that violates any person's rights.
• Use the service to spam, impersonate others, or manipulate LinkedIn's engagement metrics in violation of LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or unauthorized access.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

The 4Word and Motoko names, logos, software, design, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of 4Word and are protected under Brazilian and international copyright and trademark law.

Content you generate through Motoko ("Generated Content") is owned by you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display Generated Content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Generated Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

Motoko integrates with LinkedIn, Anthropic Claude, and Ideogram. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Word is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay due fees, or engage in activity that threatens our infrastructure or other users.

Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable law.
